Frisco
  • What is Frisco?

    The Frisco is your model! This is the one you helped us draw, by answering our questionnaire, and which we produced according to your criteria.

    Following your feedback, we have launched a production in our Portuguese workshops, which we offer for pre-order. You have a limited time to reserve your model, at a preferential price. Delivery will take place at the end of mid-June.

  • What is pre-order?

    Order your Frisco before it even physically arrives in stock! This allows you to benefit from a preferential rate, and to be sure to have your pair in preview.

    The gauge indicates the time remaining before the end of the confection, as well as the number of pairs available for pre-order.

  • How to choose the right size?

    Frisco cut normally, take your usual size!

    If you hesitate between two sizes, choose the lower size.

  • Can I try them in store?

    We have made a series of prototypes in all sizes available in our two Parisian shops.

    For our other customers, we invite you to go to the Frisco product page, and to click on the "how size" tab located just below the sizes. It is a small interactive guide adapted to Frisco. By answering a few questions, this will help you choose the size that suits you best.

  • When will I be delivered?

    The Frisco delivery is scheduled for mid-June.

    You will be alerted regularly of the progress of the making of your sneakers, and as soon as your pair leaves our warehouses, heading home.

  • What are the steps to pre-order?

    The different stages of your pre-order are:

      - Payment validated: your payment has been accepted, and your pre-order is well recorded. Your order remains in "pre-order" status until we finish manufacturing the model.

      - Once the pairs received in stock, your pre-order goes to the status "In preparation": our logistics center has received your order and is preparing it.

      - "Shipped": your order is on its way! You can follow the routing of your package in the My orders section.

  • How to follow my pre-order?

    You will be alerted regularly by email of the progress of the making of your sneakers, and as soon as your pair leaves our warehouses, heading to your home.

    Once your order has been shipped, you can follow its progress in the My Orders section of your customer account.

  • I made a mistake in my pre-order, what should I do?

    Contact us as soon as possible on 0781347071 or by writing to us at contact@pieddebiche-paris.com, we will find a solution together to correct this error.

  • If my Frisco don't suit me, what should I do?

    We can make exchanges as far as stocks are available. So if the pair doesn't suit you, don't wait too long to trade them. First come, first served!

      Also be aware that if the Frisco do not suit you, or that we are unable to exchange you. You will receive a refund or credit, depending on your choice.
