Products may be returned free of charge provided they are new and unused, within 30 days of receipt of the parcel. However, it is important to note that a pair of shoes for which the temporary runners have been fitted or not returned will not be considered as new and will therefore not be eligible for return.

Each order is entitled to one free return. Orders paid for with a gift card or credit cannot be refunded. In this case, a new credit note will be issued as a replacement.

For orders paid for in full or in part with an Illicado card, the refund will be made directly to the same gift card. It is therefore essential that the customer keeps the Illicado card, whether physical or dematerialised.
