For the festive season, you benefit from an extended return period: you can return your items until 15 January, from the date of receipt.
How do I make a return?
Products may be returned free of charge provided they are new and unused. For the festive season, returns are possible until 15 January.. However, it is important to note that a pair of shoes for which the temporary runners have been fitted or not returned will not be considered as new and will therefore not be eligible for return.
Each order is entitled to one free return. Orders paid for with a gift card or credit cannot be refunded. In this case, a new credit note will be issued as a replacement.
For orders paid for in full or in part with an Illicado card, the refund will be made directly to the same gift card. It is therefore essential that the customer keeps the Illicado card, whether physical or dematerialised.
