The delivery timescales vary according to two factors: the status of the ordered item and where it will be sent.
If your article is in Preorder status, a gauge is present under each product (see section Pre-order), providing you with an indicative delivery timescale in number of days.
If your article is not a pre-order, your parcel will be prepared within 24 working hours, and you will find below the delivery timescales for your parcel according to its final destination
o In France, Belgium and Luxembourg, the delivery time by Mondial Relay is 3 to 6 working days from the date of shipment. By Colissimo, the timescale will be 2 to 3 working days from the date of shipment.
Please note that for the Mondial Relay shipments, the removals do not happen daily from our warehouse, so there may be a short time lag between the time your order shows the status shipped in your customer account, and the moment your parcel is delivered to Mondial Relay.
o In the European Union and Switzerland, delivery to your home address will take place 2-3 working days from the shipment date. This timing may vary depending on local postal services.
o In French overseas territories, delivery to your home address will be made within 5 to 7 working days from the shipment date. This timing may vary depending on the local postal service.
o For the rest of the world, your parcel will be delivered to your home within 5 to 7 working days from the shipment date. This timing may vary depending on the local postal services.
