Ballerinas, not like the others

It has become a habit at Pied de Biche: to revisit shoe classics to make them timeless. This season, our focus is on an iconic shoe model for women, and not the least: the ballerinas. Ballet flats ?! Yes, ballerinas. But ballerinas like no other. Always as practical, always easy to wear but that make you elegant in all circumstances. Explanation.

Doe legs
Perched on their little heels, Alissa and Paola are ballerina shoes that make you gain height. But an ideal height (3.5 cm for Paola, 2.5 cm for Alissa). The one that refines the silhouette without hurting your feet.
The one that makes divine legs while giving the impression of slipping into a slipper. The one that makes you poke without ever knocking you over.

The last point of elegance

Jewelery shoes, Alissa and Paola are adorned with a golden metal buckle which makes them fine and delicate (Alissa closes with a buckle and Paola with a collar button). In dress, as in pants, this is the last point of elegance that dresses an outfit for all occasions. Easy to put on with their adjustable fastener, they perfectly fit the shape of the foot, for trotting on the cobblestones, as for dancing.

Alissa and Paola are two unstructured ballerinas. These are light, casual and easy to wear sandals, but they are also two accomplished shoes: the front shape has character, the back yoke keeps the foot well and once again, the small heel enhances the outfit. Perfect for running on the sunny beach, shellfish and crustaceans. History to break once and for all with the traditional ballerinas, far too flat.

But very comfortable

They are fully lined in leather and with a comfort pad, they will adapt perfectly to your feet. It was the least when we know that this model was originally designed to facilitate dance movements. ☁️

They burst the screen
The toe is closed with a neckline shape subtly revealing the foot. It is probably this character trait that earned them their first role with Brigitte Bardot in Et Dieu… created the Woman. Repetto had made him the Cinderella model to measure for the film. Audrey Hepburn wore them too, rest of her training as a ballerina. Just that.

This summer we offer them in 4 colors:

Golden suede: it seems that sequins are in fashion today
Black: to wear them with a little dress - at any time they are worn in the evening
Vermeil suede: they have a very bright color, for those who would like to stand out
Croco pattern: for the most original and the most urban.
