For the care of your patent leather pair, here are our tips:

Step 1: Start by dusting your shoes using a polishing brush to prepare the leather for care.
Step 2: Apply a care cream to nourish the leather.

Do not waterproof patent leather, as this type of leather does not need it. Note that the cream does not immediately penetrate patent leather. Wait until wear creases appear, then twist a polishing cloth to apply the cream into those creases, allowing the leather to benefit from the care it needs.

For your leather soles: to enjoy them right away, we offer you temporary sole pads so you don’t slip everywhere the first few times. But we recommend that, once you receive your pair, you take them to your cobbler to have proper pads fitted. Your shoes will only last longer.
