Return and delivery

The orders are transmitted to our logistician every working day at 12:00. Any order placed before 12:00 on a working day will be shipped the same day, orders placed after 12:00 will be shipped the next working day.

For some models, a later shipping date is indicated on the product sheet. These are models in deferred delivery. For those, you will need to be a little patient since the shipment will be done once this date is reached.

Nota bene: even if you choose an express delivery mode, a pair in deferred delivery cannot be sent before the date communicated on the product sheet.

Custom charges 

If your country is subject to customs (outside the European Union, including French overseas departments and territories), you may be asked to pay customs fees for the delivery of your parcel. Rest assured, if you are required to pay customs fees for international deliveries, we will be happy to reimburse you upon presentation of proof of payment.

METROPOLITAN FRANCE AND CORSICA

  • Colissimo Relay: Free of charge from 150€ of purchase. 4€ below 150€ of purchase. It takes between 3 to 5 working days after validation of your order for a delivery by Colissimo Relais.
  • Colissimo: Free of charge from 190€ of purchase. 5€ below 190€ of purchase. Delivery without signature at home. It takes between 3 to 5 working days after validation of your order for a delivery by Colissimo.
  • Chronopost: 6 for purchases over €190. 8 for purchases of less than €190. Orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched the same day and delivered before 6pm the following day. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next day and delivered before 6pm the day after dispatch (excluding commercial periods).
  • Click'n collect: Free from €90 purchase. 5€ for purchases under 90€. Delivery within 24 to 48 working hours.
