To care for your pair of shoes, here's our advice:

Step 1: Start by dusting your shoes with a polishing brush to prepare the leather for care.
Step 2: Apply a treatment cream to nourish the leather.

However, if your shoes are patent leather, don't waterproof them as this type of leather doesn't need it. Note that the cream will not immediately penetrate the patent leather. Wait until wear creases appear, then twist a chamois to apply the cream into these creases, allowing the leather to benefit from the necessary care.

And for your leather soles: to get the most out of it, we're offering you your temporary pads, so you don't slip everywhere the first few times. But we recommend you to drop them off at your shoemaker's when you receive your pair so that you can have real skates put on them. Your shoes will only last longer.
